We require all items to be shipped back to us for inspection.
Upon inspection of the faulty item/items we will attempt to offer a solution in form of a repair. In case item/s are beyond repair we will post replacement/s back to your address or offer a different suitable solution.

Item/s that have been subjected to physical damage will not covered under warranty.
